Salad Ingredients

  • 90g of Origina Tiras of Heura®
  • 60g of arugula
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 beetroot
  • 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 30g de alfalfa
  • 90g of mushrooms
  • 150g of chickpeas
  • ½ lemon

Homemade pink salsa ingredients

  • 150ml of olive oil.
  • 70ml of water.
  • 50g raw ground almonds
  • 10g of salt
  • 15ml of lemon juice
  • 50g of ketchup

Preparation of the homemade pink sauce

  1. Add the almonds, water and salt in the mixer.
  2. Add the olive oil slowly and beat the mixture.
  3. Add a few drops of lemon and ketchup, and mix again.

Preparation of the salad

  1. Place the arugula and cooked chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the mixture.
  3. Fry the Original Tiras of Heura® until they are brown (if you prefer them crunchy, leave them for 1 more minute in the pan)
  4. Add the cut avocado in strips.
  5. Sprinkle the alfalfa and pumpkin seeds on top.
  6. Add a stream of olive oil, a little lemon juice and a pinch of salt.
  7. Add in the middle a good spoonful of homemade pink sauce.

Our tip

If you are one of those who prefer to soften the taste of onions, we recommend that you wash them with a solution of water and salt.
