Ingredients for the sandwich:

  • 70-80g of Spiced Heura® Tacos
  • 1 tomato
  • 100g of mushrooms
  • 50g of hummus
  • 30g of alfalfa
  • 3-4 slices of pickle
  • 2-3 eaves of lettuce
  • Whole-grain bread with Seeds

Ingredients for the baked potatoes with mustard sauce

  • 10 medium potatoes
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • Sauce: 200 grams of vegan mayonnaise, 2 tablespoons of syrup of agave, 1 tablespoon of mustard
  • Olive oil
  • Spices as you like

Elaboration of the Heura® sandwich:

  1. Cut the tomatoes and mushrooms into slices.
  2. Wash the lettuce.
  3. Pour olive oil in a frying pan and, when it is very hot, add the Spiced Heura® Tacos. Cook the Heura Tacos for 5 minutes and make sure that they are golden brown on both sides.
  4. Place a slice of bread and, in layers, add the: mushrooms, gherkins, lettuce, tomatoes, hummus, Spiced Heura® Tacos and alfalfa.
  5. Place the other slice of bread on top.
  6. Elaboration of the Potatoes with mustard sauce

    1. Grease a baking sheet on a tray with olive oil.
    2. Wash the potatoes without peeling, cut them in half and sprinkle a pinch of salt.
    3. If you want to add some spice, now is the time. We recommend adding a little paprika or cumin.
    4. Place the potatoes face down so that each piece has olive oil.
    5. Preheat the oven to 180º and bake the potatoes for about 25-30 minutes.
    6. Check if they have cooked well by inserting a toothpick into one of them and checking if it slides smoothly
    7. For the sauce: add 200 grams of vegan mayonnaise, 1 spoon of syrup of agave and 1 of mustard and mix well./li>

    Our tip:

    You can make the same sandwich with your preferred type of bread, we recommend you to cut it into thin slices to accentuate the flavour of the ingredients.
