Primary ingredient

At Foods for Tomorrow, we are obsessed with simplifying processes, dispensing with additives and using quality ingredients. We create Heura® through a process similar to that of making pasta or cookies. Heura® is to legumes what pasta is to cereals.

Our primary ingredient is soybean because, from a nutritional point of view, it is a legume almost unbeatable. It is very rich in fibre, isoflavones, vitamins, minerals. It is the vegetable that contains more protein and lysine and is also super satiating.

Heura® is gluten-free, low in saturated fat and, as it is 100% vegetable, it has no cholesterol. It has a high content of proteins of high biological value, fibre, iron and Vitamin B12. In addition, it is a source of potassium, magnesium and phosphorus. Nutritionists have indicated that it is one of the most complete foods they have ever known.
